Since 2014

I am Sowmya Bhatt, I am from Mysore and completed all my education in Mysore. I did my Fashion Designing Course from Queens School of Design (Mysore), and pursued further course in Pattern Making in Bangalore. In 2008 I moved to Bangalore, Because I had to start working to support my family financially. After my marriage in 2014, my husband encouraged me to pursue my dream. With his support I have explored my strengths and with the momentum I eventually become independent in making new products and selling them in flee market. I have to say this, that my mother and grandparents used to work on Matty Fabric, weaving wire baskets, etc. which has influenced me to carry such Art’s in my business. I started with simple artifacts and used to sell those in flee market, with this experience I wanted to sell my products to more people without compromising quality and also create more jobs for women. My dream to bring traditional arts with modern touch.
